Why I (Should) Be The Manager On The 1st Shift ! .

772 words - 4 pages

During the course of my employment with cops monitoring over the past one year and two months I developed great confidence and pride in my work, and that exact confidence and pride continues to grow every single day I walk through the doors of cops monitoring. When people ask me outside of the company "What do you do for a living !?" I proudly reply to them "I am a alarm dispatcher for Cops Monitoring!". As a current Cops Monitoring operator, I find joy in handling alarms, and assisting customers. However it also brings joy to my day when I hear the words "Hey Zach I have a question for you !" or "Hey Zach I need your help with something!" from my fellow co workers / operators. I take pride and give every task one hundred and ten percent dedication, no matter how big or how small the task is. Whether training a newly hired operator, handling alarms, handling incoming phone calls, sending emails, pulling calls, or covering for a manager / lead. My intention for this essay today March 14th, 2014 5:15 AM is because I am very interested in the 11 PM to 9 AM shift manager position. My goal and purpose with Cops Monitoring is to grow and develop together as a team within the company, to become a asset of Cops Monitoring. I to this day, strive to be a role model for others, I strive to set an example of proffessionalism, I strive to convey leadership and excellence. As a employee I feel obligated to do so within myself during my employment regardless of the position I currently provide my services with. However I strongly feel that with the current knowledge and skills that I have developed and mastered within the company. I might not be as warm and fuzzy as others are in the company, however I inherited Persistence, Dedication, and Mental wealth at a young age.
