Fran Rees. How to Lead Work Teams (1991). Many leaders don't know how to manage the participating of employees in these processes, even when a team is set, and frequently discourage time participation by their actions.12. L.R. Sayles. Leadership for the Nineties (p.8-11). More than ever they need to able to count on the workers in a team, moving away form "the typical hierarchical conception of us' and 'them'", and towards a more unified effort.III.
