Cadenas de SuplidoresLa diferencia entre el B2B (Business to Business) y el B2C (Business to Customers) es el tiempo en que se toma en llegar al cliente y el costo en el cual se vende al cliente. La cadena de suplir cambia totalmente. El B2B del cual vamos a hablar primero es la forma en la cual podemos enviar las facturas u/y otros documentos los cuales se hayan perdido en algún momento. Todo comenzó por este medio cuando las empresas aun no tenían sistemas muy desarrollados. De este modo podían resolver largos viajes de negocios para volver a facturar y otros. Por otro lado podemos ver que esto del B2B es una ventaja porque les da a las empresas una flexibilidad de negocio y de ampliar sus horizontes para poder llevar a cabo negocios fructíferos que ayuden a la economía de la misma.La demanda y oferta de los productos mejora al simplemente mercadearse por internet es mucho más económico pagar un "add" en paginas como google o yahoo que son de las más reconocidas a entrar a enviar a periódicos y otros. Como dice el libro (Schneider, 2004) la cadena empieza con el diseño, producción, promoción, mercadeo, entrega, y el servicio de apoyo técnico para cada una de las cosas diseñadas anteriormente. Las cadenas han cambiado por los nuevos negocios a través del internet ya que antes era enfocado al producto y ahora es enfocado al cliente. El cliente tiene la libertad de buscar en el internet el producto que desea compararlo y mas allá hacer una crítica de que compañía le ofrece lo que quiere la marca que lo busca y el precio que lo desea.Las formas antiguas de las cadenas eran muy exhaustivas con el papeleo y tomaban mucho tiempo y dinero, esta vieja forma envolvía a los clientes, vendedores, distribuidores, y manufactureros sin contar los diferentes tipos de embarque. Ahora con esta nueva forma de comercio por internet es mucho mejor para los vendedores porque ayuda a no tener grandes ordenes de productos en el almacén esperando a ser vendidos en algún momento. De esta forma el cliente ve en las diferentes páginas webs lo que están buscando y lo ordenan directamente, de esta forma se ahorran gastos en llevar el producto a la tienda y luego esperar a ver qué cliente lo quiere comprar. En las tiendas se abarca de todo y tienen de todo pero los clientes muchas veces no quieren lo que se les ofrece, ellos quieren cosas en particular.Tiene mucha razón lo que dice la lectura anterior dado el caso que por ejemplo nosotros cuando vamos a una tienda buscando un perfume o algún otro artículo usualmente en la tienda no lo hay y tenemos que correr todas las tiendas a ver dónde estaría el producto que queremos comprar. Ahora está con el internet el cliente no solo se ahora gasolina manejando de tienda en tienda también se ahorra tiempo....
